All of the east meetings early last year showed her true colors. It was all about catching up with the West ( which included dirty Rockford boy) on intakes. It was loud and clear that words like orphan and rare and blind should never be said. She will deny it though.
 



Do we still have 3 regionals? We never needed 3 but especially now. Is Russell getting demoted since he had to fire Jeff, the manager that lives in his hood? Most that big pharma Hector would get canned so Chris could go back to micro managing Florida

Jeff was let go?!? WTF?

I thought that Chris was okay when he was a manager and the reps like him MUCH better than Hector!

those of us that were retained may soon realize that we were not so lucky. things are about to go from bad to worse
 



I can't wait until we come out with our new selling model!! Because we are all at fault for bad numbers, so it must be because we don't have a big pharma scripted model
The nightmare will continue to get worse with even more extreme micromanaging. Yippee. I guess the national sales meeting will be cetifications and 4 days of role-playing. Can't wait...super excited!

It is going to suck!! MH thinks that sales will immediately grow with "reorganization". Dr Dumbass refuses to realize the problems all lie clearly at the top of the organization with him and his ass clown CCO, VP and RSDs.
 



This post alone has only been on CP for 36 hours and has over 1000 views. Obviously a lot of interest in watching the ship sink. The life rafts went out Thursday with the reps they released from this hell. The rest of us will drown with the ship I guess.

Yes! I know all about it and all of the players! She personally hired and managed almost everyone on that team before she became a regional and would boast openly about how she LOVED each of the district members in different settings.

The folks that were let go had directly brought it to her attention that their current manager did illegal things and she pretended to give a shit but instead she cut them.

She and the powers that be even wanted to gut the team some more but I think that they finally realized that too many cuts would not look good.

Vanda obviously does not reward loyalty at all! And, they also encourage illegal activity because they kept that criminal manager around!

Same as seen elsewhere, those that tried to better the company by pointing out HR and compliance issues without making big waves were cut. They could have made big waves but did not. They should have, knowing now that KH in compliance would be zero help.

KA not KH in compliance was meant supposedly. Why has she been such a sheep to her boss? She may reget it as she doesn't seem to be a bad person but consistently defending a purely evil CEO could hurt her

Also heard AM’s didn’t get
Touched. So Fanapt sales force brings in 80 million a year in sales and about 50 million in hetlioz in less than 7 months and that is the sales force cut! Wow! Loyalty or just flat out greed. But my true thought are they are getting read for a sale. Look for this boat to sink in next couple of months.

Even those that tried to make bigger waves with proof were also cut!
 



I have no desire to do any more than the bare minimum for this POS company. Why bother? Performance does not tie in with job security as shown by yet another MH and GP bungled initiative called "reorganization". My team still has a horrible manager who will continue to push for the mandated off label sales. Every day at Vanda is worse than the one before.

Bungled is an understatement. We were all still waiting for just ONE initiative to be implemented by Greek Adolf and his merry band of loyal buffoons that does not completely fail. How every single thing they touch can turn to shit is simply amazing.
