Wow!! Sitting around for weeks and getting paid to do nothing!?!?!

New hire here in the last 8mos and I have been impressed with the communication from the neuro side of the biz. We are doing conference calls, modules, and zoom with our team on a weekly basis. Lots to keep busy and we are fortunate to be getting a paycheck. I just wanna get back to work, but that may not be until June/July.

Well, you are working, with all the crap they have you doing, right?

Anyway, your company blows.

If you want to be relevant in a crap company like NVS, make sure you go into management. Or they wlll get rid of you when your age and high salary become an issue.

Another thing is don't trust anyone at NVS. it is another narcissist company full of losers, like all big pharama. just trying to help you, young buck.

Good luck to you !

So, you’re saying management is safe? Not company is perfect and there’s pros and cons at each. I took the opportunity based on the hiring manager and pipeline. Nvs has deep pockets and can invest in research and development. Sometimes that’s good and bad for downsizing but if you continue to do well and have a good reputation then the odds are you will land on your feet in another role somewhere.

I've been here 15 years...made it through the last layoffs. Made almost 220k in 2019 as a rep not manager. So I don't know if that is true that they layoff based on salary and age.
