Wow. Now Aciphex 50mg....Not looking good for ANYBODY here.

Any intentions they may have had to keep PC around for even until maybe end of June to launch Aciphex ER are totally gone now....I predict one rep per footprint starting April 1st! With Pricara and Pfizer still helping out that Eisai rep

I'm on the clinic side. WHat the heck is this "foot print" talk?

Footprint means the same thing as territory. During the last restructuring they combined a couple of territories to make what they now call footprints (larger geographies). Each footprint has between 1 and 3 reps right now. There are 266 footprints which means the PC side will be cut down from like 475 reps to probably 266 reps.

Exactly. This was done in anticipation of future cuts. PC will be hit the hardest, with 266 being almost 50%, which is in accords to what is being said.

You guys screwed up a line extension PPI.... OMFG

I left AstraZeneca thinking that they were the only company that could botch a launch even if they had the cure to cancer. They have been outdone. It is very disappointing that a company with so much potential and so many good people is imploding. The only hope is that there is something worth salvaging when the dust settles. Good luck to everyone.

I know exactly what you mean. We have no live speakers, only live webexs which the physicians will not attend. I can host a dinner party for nurses with a live webex, but where's the ROI? This company does not get it and never will!

I just laugh because I know I am already gone. I have my plan in place and everything will be fine. I will soon have time on my hands to explore my new options. I have prepared for this. Getting ready for the day.
