hr are prepping to layoff sga across the board.....even if 135 works vertex wont be selling it....so no need for hcv sales or marketing. the big guys will include it in there cocktail and do the selling.gonna git ugleeee. also the usual hits in support groups.
 






My manager told me that he thinks I will get a CF job and that I really don't need to actively look elsewhere. That's why I think only 1/2 or at most 3/4 will be let go. I did hear that he was throwing his line out there recently. I think we are all scared. I am VERY SCARED.

Good...I'm sure some of the big law firms investigatig vertex for SEC issues would love to view copies of that folder. Payback is a Bi$$$...I know of 2 employee lawsuits that are going public shortly. It will all come out there...
 
























For? I only know of a couple coming from HQ people but 1 has the potential of a class action and costing vertex a lot of $$$. Potential for a very public case...unless they settle

Pharma is pharma in the eyes of a jury..big or small=still evil. The events about to unfold will not make the company look employee friendly....but hey I bet Dan will get a big pay out
