Wound

What are you smoking? Positive changes. Does that mean a change in middle management and training? That would be the ONLY "positive change". That, and me leaving this $hithole of a company.

Stop the whining. Be grateful that you are employed by an upright, and transparent company. FF and Colleagues have implemented a plan, that if given time, will work. SN has the Alpha to Omega of critical mass for Wound Care. Noone is as big as we are. I could only wish I was a bit further East and had DN as my leader.

This can't be a serious post. What plan has Frenchy and his cronies implemented other than running the division into the ground. Speaking of Dustin, he has turned into a yes man. He is a shell of the man he once was. He has lost respect with his constant lying and repeated bullshit. How is Renasys working out...oh yeah, it's STILL not back on the market and let's not forget the contract that was lost at the VA. This division is a joke.

Grateful? No product ~ No distribution ~ No contracts = ZERO

Renasys almost ready for Apria to re focus with. We are almost back. BA says within weeks. KCI biting fingernails.

You have no clue what you are talking about. The Apria ship has sailed. They were nothing but a headache when SNN partnered with them. BA is full of shit. We were originally told it would only be three weeks and that was in June 2014. Renasys isn't coming back. It's was a POS then and it will be a POS when it comes back...if that ever happens.

The "be grateful..." mentality is what is destroying this division. FF is by far the most uninspiring and demotivating leader I have ever been exposed to. Inspiration comes from leading by example and showing gratitude toward your employees, not through fear, threats and bad decisions.
