What is the state of this Division verses a year ago?
It is stable. Positive changes on the horizon.
Nightmare! Self absorbed leader who hires inept, inexperienced yes folks. Lot's of really good people leaving. High turn over in the field and hihger turn over in home office will continue.
So who would have to go to give you confidence in SN Wound?
So who would have to go to give you confidence in SN Wound?
Everyone in sales ops who has ever had a hand in goals/incentive comp. gone.
Spot on mate....Here's this ridiculously high number you must hit...oh you hit it? Well....we arent going to pay you what we said we would...Thats why I just left...no money and hiring reps who just sold copiers...Hey Doc, you don't like PICO you say...what about a new Xerox copy for your office?
You should not have left. With EZ Max back for Acute, but no Renasys Go for discharges, we will have Pico for discharges. This will be disruptive to the Industry. I am just glad that I have the support of top Mngmt who really know how to tap the market disruptively. I sleep at night and all I hear is disruptive, disruptive.
Everyone in sales ops who has ever had a hand in goals/incentive comp. gone.
Leave Kevin out of this
so true it's scary. across all wound divisions. turnover will continue and sales will suffer until this company stops nickel and diming its employees and provides clear and appropriate compensation. specifically, for goals that are based on actual market potential, not the current fairytale, unexplainable horseshit that has been going on for years. absolutely perfect demotivation strategy.
It is stable. Positive changes on the horizon.
Haha! It's hilarious the inept management team would lose out in the VA contract. Any Pico business in the VA is effectively gone given the contract is a BPA.
When do losses like these cost people jobs? Now is the time to get rid of Frenchy and Brad Adams.
Whoever wrote this knows nothing. PICO can't be on BPA. Research why, genius.
