Absolutely not. Don’t believe the stories they will try selling you. Leadership has no idea what is going on and they do not standby their word. Very rarely will anyone stay over a year. Learn from the mistakes of others and stay away.

I've worked here multiple years and find it a great place to work if you're focused on helping patients, enjoy building a company and like being rewarded financially for driving strong sales performance.

One day after negative feedback and someone who is obviously heavily vested in the company makes 3 over the top posts in less than 2.5 hours? (Insider move) I used to work in sales there and I can confirm what the person posted above is 100% accurate.

If you make your decisions based on faceless comments from disgruntled former employees, then I think you have bigger challenges ahead.

Stay away. Saturated space. Basically offering specialty generics with a bow on top. Nothing groundbreaking or new at Cycle.

"rewarded financially"? Really? I interviewed and they have zero car allowance other than govt .67c/mile. salary is $140K and less and bonus is 10k/qtr at goal. I found something that actually pays

I’ve worked here for some time and the honest truth is that the pay could be better but the people are great and the company is growing. It’s not big pharma so you get the good and bad that comes with that.
