Worst VP of Sales

Until HR develops a backbone this cycle will not change. HR cares more about fake nails and hair than what is happening. Going to salons cannot be disrupted by “complainers” about upper management. Just shut up, keep writing fake call notes, and do whatever you are told. By the way, you don’t like it you can leave. Terrible company to work for!

Dear Senior Management: HR is "woke" and in my opinion terribly incompetent, and has probably cost the company millions with their poor decisions and incompetency in hiring and terminating. They built their own little kingdom, and have zero trust or support from the employees an d worse, zero accountability---How is this a good thing????Management- you're looking in all the wrong places to fix the MAJOR problems. Start by re-orging HR from top to bottom

The HR personnel at Convatec are highly qualified, trained, and motivated professionals. They have never failed to hire the best. We can thank them for the quality of hires, and the high retention rate of employees. We should all praise them for creating such a positive work environment for the sales force.

"Mission creep has turned the once humdrum human resources department into an ultra-woke, bureaucratic beast. Formerly humdrum bureaucratic backwaters, charged with processing paperwork, HR departments have in recent years morphed into real centres of power: controlling who keeps their job, what workers can say or do, and, in some cases, even determining the entire mission of an organisation. Fuelled by the pandemic and social unrest, these office bureaucrats have used workplace policies and practices to become all-powerful arbiters of social norms – professional and political....Academics and lobbyists make grand claims for the beneficial effects of HR on work, but there is little definitive evidence to support these...there is a basic question of whether HR is actually making life better for managers and workers, or making it harder."

Which were you on mushrooms or LSD when you wrote this bizarre, rambling, completely hard to make any sense of statement?? Please let us know when you are not in outer space.

Joe Talanges and Ross Kanter are the worst. Joe's only creative solution to drive sales is taking what he knows from years in pharma and forcing reps to log 6 fake calls a day in the CRM program, really? Kanter is the most insecure and stubborn micro-manager I've ever seen and no one has even met the guy in person. The little guy just sits in his house all day. Sheppard, time to clear the swamp. Under the watch of these two, entire sales force has left and everyone is talking about leaving.

Mr. Roid Rage sorry I meant Gary P strikes again … let’s see who replaces all these corporate accounts folks. Maybe GP has some friends selling him his testosterone that can jump into the space. Anyone heard from Bruno lately … or is he overseas now hiding since he was caught grabbing some girls ass?

Why have there been so many Corp Accounts positions open? I am supposed to interview with Gary H? Do I run? I have never seen such a high number of these types of positions at once.

Don’t walk run as fast as you can. They guy in charge is a psychopath and the company is a sinking ship and revolving door.
