Here is the deal with preferred. They are probably the worst company service wise in the entire industry. They have lots of complaints and take a long time to set up patients. However, they are doing something right. They outbid everyone as it relates to contracts and they take every ins. Even apria lost insurances to them. They suck, but as a rep you are guaranteed business. Thats a huge plus. Its very hard getting into certain offices or hospitals but with preferred, you are guaranteed an in because you are probably there to get paperwork fixed. Overall, terrible patient care but from a reps point of view...free money.
