Worst MSL organization in the industry

Heard about some of the new hires. Good luck! You will all need it. Some are the rejects that were total incompetents at their last company. Did any good field leaders stay? Pretty sad to hear that so many left in leadership. Got to wonder does senior leadership ever ask JF WTF happened to your organization??? Is PH still there? If so, then that place is really messed up.

PH is the absolute worst field medical leader in the history of GNE. Put that on a certificate and bounce her outta here.

Once a week? How about once a quarter? MSLs are going to be a thing of the past. We can do zoom calls from anywhere with lower head count. Time to call CVS.

Only expansion is in their waistline from doing nothing for years. We can get by in most cases with people answering questions over the phone.

Ha. Get a chatbot to generate Medcom letters, a call center staffed by RNs (with access to medcom letters) and a CRO and the MSL team wouldn’t be missed.

Reality check - there are some good MSLs left but you could easily get rid of half of them and no one would know the difference.

What is really left in this sorry place? Everyone seems to be the 3rd tier players. It was such a great place when I worked there. What a sad story!

As NO used to say, people work for people and we all know people often leave their manager and not the company.

This is what happened with many MSLs and MSL leadership. Everyone knows some truly incompetent people were put into leadership. It is yet another example of how the org was ruined by JF with her appointments and lack of oversight of who would be leading the team going forward. What is really sad is she does not care or is totally unaware of the reality of what happened.
