Perhaps they feel you do not offer a safe environment to speak freely without fear of retribution. Perhaps they feel like the management style is one of control, fear, and respect does not flow both ways. I don't know, just suggesting my thoughts as an observer to your unprofessional response. I'm a rep whom called into the call center. ME- Mis-y calls my manager to report me.
She is the lowest on the list, but yet think MDL belongs to her. Fat girl who loves to snack lol
 


















they have to be numbered. She doesn’t add anything of value to the company at all, and she just creates resentments. One of his administrative assistants could do her job.

why can't sales reps call the call center? you mean to tell me........VT told the call center people to inform her whenever a sales rep calls there???? what a f@#$#%$ B%$^&%. that is sooooo VT. her signature. get people to report on their fellow employees. there's nothing wrong with calling the call center. what would a reson be to call there?

Maybe the rep was trying to help their client ... maybe the client was looking for results since TAT sucks and instead of telling the client to make another call the rep was going to actually do their job and help said client. And for doing their job they got in trouble.
 






i used to have a lot of respect for EM and MA but for being so smart they are too stupid to see that VT has destroyed their company. She brags how both EM and MA do exactly what she tells them to do. They should fire her and bring back MGS and CC and AR. Lost a lot of good managers and reps because of VT.

then what would be the reason VT gives for not wanting reps to call the call center? does EM have any idea at all the craziness VT has injected into HIS company?

to begin with.........VT does this for 2 reasons. Control and to have something to use against you if she wanted you gone. You've read it countless times......EM absolutely does NOT care........at all. Why would he? MDL makes him a millionaire. Why would he want to change that? It does boggle my mind as to why he has no curiosity as to why there's a revolving door with sales reps. I'm sure VT told him something about how it's hard to find a good employee.

the above poster is 101% correct. if em likes you it is the kiss of death. vt becomes immaturely and unprofessionally jealous. she will find something to blame you for and get rid of you. advice........stay away from em if you want to keep your job.
