Jimbo is an empty vesselMe Magic and Jimbo
Didn’t he leave Teva quite a while back ?Jimbo is an empty vessel
Is it simply that she's a woman?
How stupid is Magoo ?
I’d like to add Alex hospital manager to the list. Clueless and full of lip service. How many reps have resigned under you buddy?
Loves the orifice of executive management ?OMG yes!!! Piece of work and loves himself. Another stellar hire
TGO … all of them
It’s the way the industry is and Teva has embraced this idiocy because they are control freaks.Managers are a direct reflection of how the industry has changed for the worst. They have to accept and enforce orders from above if they want to keep their jobs. No one will push back on upper management and suggest a better way. If anyone ever comes to the table with ideas to actually aid reps they are considered negative and a problem. If reps give feedback they are looked down upon and considered not being good enough to get the job done. Pharma executives do not actually want to allocate time or funds to streamline efficiency for reps or managers. Take something like expense reporting. How much time is wasted on translating chicken scratch for signatures on lunch sign in sheets for multiple offices/hospitals? How many of us have wasted time policing sign in sheets so we can understand the print of many office employees? Then we get to waste all that time placing each person into Concur? Time would be best utilized selling and simplifying this process but executives won’t. They blame it on compliance. Yet, all this progress and no one knows how to both simplify and remain compliant? They don’t care. Managers are only the enforcers and try to keep their jobs. It’s the way the industry is.

People work at TEVA ? Sad !Do you really work here? I've never put office staff names in Concur
We do providers by name and practice staff as a number
I miss the days of no sign in sheets, truly the good old pre-covid days.
But if expense reporting is your major complaint with your 6 figure white collar company car 9-5 job, please GFY
He’s the absolute worstBrandon Owens!!!!!
What’s the point of surveys ?? Nothing changes at Teva no matter how many people speak the truth in these pointless surveysWhoever is responsible for the mindless surveys and HR training.
