Insulting a black person is not racist.
Insulting a black person because they are black is racist.

I always thought DC was exceptionally greeezy - hitting on chicks at the clinics, talking nasty about all the girls on his team he thought he could sleep with, trying to get waitresses at lunch to go to get "drinks" with him while we were on ride alongs.

Not the worst manager, just really unprofessional.
