My manager is actually worried because Carlos might actually hold the manager’s accountable.

I didn’t see the first intro but I watched the fireside chat, at home of course it was 4pm, lol. Anyway, my thoughts are all he did was preach and then preach some more. The intro from his son was a shame. He acted like he cares about people and then says we have about a month to change things with both Sotyktu and Zeposia. Uhm have you ever sold, Carlos? Both products are good products but you truly have the wrong the leaders in place. Monica=Not Good Meg=4 packs a day. That’s not a leadership team I want to work for.

This place sucks! I honestly wish I never came here. Little to no bonus again for all the efforts. So the effort is no longer happening and my DBM can go suck it with his emails about programs and making things happen before the end of the year. He’s more checked out than anyone I know.

I nominate a completely clueless individual who has no answers when asked, does the bare minimum at the job, and is always either off on vacation or has a “conference call” to be on! That person is none other than…….. oh wait that every manager here!

Can we nominate my manager? He hung up on us on his team call when things became too hard for him. Could not handle the “negative” questions being thrown at him. You know, it’s so hard when my salespeople ask me questions about their bonuses. Booohooo
