Worst Launch In History

So now Supernus used a doctor on a national conference call which is completely illegal and they also are in legl troubles with Shire...you better run while you can from this sinking ship if you already have not tried looking for another job...loo at the 1st post on this thread and you will know that the cash will dry up before years end

No wonder Shire is laying off reps. Having a doctor on a national CC is totally legal. Shire reps, wake up and smell the coffee. You might qualify for a job at Supernus... maybe

Some people will never learn and certainly have too much time on their hands.

First of all, this site is a complete joke with absolutely zero credibility. As long as it's acceptable to post anonymously, smart managers take all of the opinions with a grain of salt. This site is basically perceived to be a forum for disgruntled employees who have an ax to grind b/c they didn't do well at a company, didn't like their manager, or who interviewed w/the company and didn't get the job. If you want your opinion to be taken seriously, provide your name and contact info. Otherwise, your comments carry no weight.

Next, for any Supernus reps actually posting on this site - you're 3 months into a new product launch, and 3 months into a completely new career path. Did you expect things to be easy and to face no challenges? Get real. Of course your manager is going to be riding with you extensively until you prove you don't need that kind of attention. Seriously, 3 months ago you were selling payroll, office equipment, smokes, advertising, and cell phones, etc. - do you honestly feel better about that than what you're doing now?

And to those of you who external, bad mouthing the company - you have no clue what the future holds for Supernus. Just like I don't, and really no one outside of the boardroom really does. And while you degrade the company and the job and condemn the reps who've taken it, think about the profile they're hiring (b2b reps w/1-5 years experience, not experienced pharma reps) - and ask yourself this, if I had the same opportunity at the same stage of my life/career, would I really feel this way and say some of the things that have been said...

Thanks Dad I feel much better now. Why didn't you provide your name and contact information then?

I didn't think we were allowed to apply to any other pharmaceutical jobs, they own us after all don't they? I cannot even go the bathroom without thinking my manager is right next to me
