Yes,yes,yes. I completely agree. We are having 2-3 silly ass calls every week minimum to rally up to talk about some nonsensically issue which doesn't involve meeting with customers. Stop!

This is the truth. Someone convinced them this was the way to keep an underpaid, under bonuses sales force interested in the future. Forgot to clarify, what future because it won't be here

So here we go! The zillionth change to the copay card in 2 months. We look like aholes in our offices and docs are starting to laugh and ask what the f... Is going on. Most thought this was a gimmick from the get go now they know it is. I can't make anymore excuses for this sham of a company. I just tell them investor meetings are in September and you figure the rest out.

If you are a dm:
a. wait for 2 years to look

My heart goes out to the management team, because its a small industry, and you just can jump ship as a manager.
