I disagree. Benefits, culture, and product wise (well, depending on the division..) novartis is not among the bottom companies. It can be much much worse.
Can anyone chime in with some specific pharma companies who don’t reorg every 3 years? Seriously, that would be helpful as we all prepare for the worst and seek better job security
