I will never claim to have been the best but with an unattainable quota etc etc etc....but w/BA/BS/MBA (Lilly) funded I had just enough brain to know he wasn't worth $hit! Everyone back in NS made fun of him and famous Zyprexa breakdown at at a district meeting....I'd cry too if it made me fat and I was still unstable

CA is still there? Doing what? I worked with her when she was a DM in California and she was a self centered twit then. She had her boss fooled though.
This post has worn out its welcome. CA isn't going anywhere. Love your deep HR insight- we have many other horrific AD's that deserve to go- look at their survey results? Wonder why Sr Leaders don't react to what these surveys tell them?!
Con siding runs the tightest ship and has the strongest management team along with executive reps. His reps have to earn what they get and has a strong performance based culture. Well known and acknowledged by upper management.
Please pass those tips to your peers in the rest of NS- ESPECIALLY the area with the worst AD and it's not CA!!! AGREE- TC should have been VP...

Why was this fool speaking before us? Have you seen his sales results over the last several years? What the FXXK!
It was a big mistake to put this guy in front of us to share his "best practices" when he has no record to give him credibility. His manager has his head far up CA's rectum and thus was able to pass this guy off and someone who actually has skills. It was an insult to the rest of us.
SBC may be good but urban is an excellent director as well. he is open and understands the big picture while pushing each of us appropriately. he has changed over time for the better, and his reps and DMs are more loyal because of this. he is a good guy.
