Worst Area Directors???

Do we have any strong leaders left? If so, I'd like to work in that division.

I think we have a lot of very strong Directors in Neuroscience and MSK. Diabetes are pretty good and Cardio not so good. Overall though we some very strong management on the Neuroscience side. It will be interesting to see how things shake up later this year- word inside is that we will probably be shifting talent from Neuroscience/MSK into other divisions.

Funny... What other divisions are there for people to go? Shifting talent?? You mean we are all going to be on reallocation status. Wake up- we have no positions anywhere. Cardio/ MSK and NS PC need to be reduced by 50%.

A lot of FDE's currently in Mens Health and MSK- those will all be gone come September. We will be restructuring Oncology which will "force" some people out and will open positions. Oncology will look completely different by end of year. Cardio will have some loss of positions but not much- Effient sales on the rise. Neuroscience PC to be hit hard but special priority to place those reps in Men's Health and Diabetes.

True or not our senior VP's feel some of our best talent (and cheap) is in Neuroscience PC and special effort to keep those reps in upcoming realignment.

Agree. Sr. Leaders do feel the top talent is in NS- Psych. MSK reps could be eliminated ( not the Forfteo specialty). We all know Cardio PC are disengaged former treatment team specialists- remember that division??? Safety in specialty roles.... Be smart and plan ahead if you all can.

Your standards are quite low my friend!

I'm sorry you don't share the same opinion as Sr. leadership. The talent in this company is most definitely in neuroscience. I'm not saying that everyone in that division is great and that some aren't just plain bad (including some directors) but overall that division has the most talent in the company.

If you disagree that is fine as we are all entitled to our opinions. But its very plain to see what our upper management thinks and when this reorganization comes (later this year no later then September) it will be even more clear to see.

Success

Would love to see whom you consider to be a great leader among the NS sales directors.

What's your point? The ones close to their 80 points should hang it up....

It is YOU missing the point.

Many of "those with 80 points" might have a higher calling in mind.

For you young HR second-rate university graduates to second-guess the very folks you owe for a job is utter nonsense. Why not go to your very own HR office and sign a contract that says, "No matter how much I enabled the current generation that wants to throw me under the bus so they can pay off their student loans, let it be... strip away my rights at age 55"

Okay, do that, and I'll retire tomorrow, promise ;-)
