Big pharma may be able to sustain a pandemic indefinitely but $*&t small pharma trying to force their way into offices at the risk of killing dying people will not

some bigger companies have let staff know that they won’t consider sending into the field prior to second quarter of 2021 and here we are trying to get into office a year prior to that, looking like clowns. we have “leaders” asking over and over which accounts we can see and hoping for some new answer just because they have asked the question. and all the while they wonder why the staff is spending every spare possible moment looking for jobs anywhere, calling old contacts, and interviewing several days a week. smdh

Many months in and access poor. I foresee trimming the fat by the end of the year and am worried.
