agree- there was a real energy about the place a couple of years ago. We were doing something different. It felt like a good place to be. Now the life is just drained out of the place and you have to look to the top. AG has just failed plain and simple. Time to re- boot

It definitely starts and ends with Abhay. Let’s just say his values are quite different than 99+% of ours.

I applied for territory manager position for Ilumya. I had NO idea how bad it was here. Further research found out I was going to be 3rd TM in less than 2 years. I asked some docs I currently call on about Sun and they said run. Terrible reputation. Unfortunate but I told recruiter I’m no longer interested.

Good for you, you’re definitely a decently-smart person having done a little homework.

Too many people bought the BS they were sold while interviewing. HR lies, and the CEO steals.
AND that doesn’t even scratch the surface.

I am sick and tired of people on here disparaging the company and other employees that work here. For those looking into positions at Sun ignore these negative posts.

BE EFFING SERIOUS !

Sun is a toxic, hostile work environment, largely attributed to the US CEO.

Has to be THE highest turnover rate in all of pharma.
Irrefutable data on that.

I got a Rx the other day for a hydrocortisone creme. I saw it was manufactured by Sun and returned it right at the counter.

Got the generic from TEVA instead.

From illumya brand alone- we’ve had entire change of mls team, frm team, both national sales directors left, half the managers bailed, and TMs...close to 40 % turnover? I’ve lost count. Those are the facts.
