Doesn’t matter what division, it sucks. Let’s call it what it is, toxic, demoralizing, life suck place. Highest resignation #s in last year, home office should be embarrassed by but they blame people as disloyal traitors? AG has been huge part of ruining company, morale, reputation of everyone associated with his criminal behavior. It is beyond toxic! Look who he surrounds himself with at home office, vile corrupt people. It’s gross. They are padding their pockets not caring a damn bit.
Can’t wait to resign. This place affects people in the worst way and it’s disgusting.

illegal activities abound! Even our Head of Compliance got the boot - not sure if bc she did nothing (which was often the case), or bc she saw something and Abhay wanted it buried.
She was given a hefty package to ‘go away’ quietly.

He’s a quality leader who does right by his customers, colleagues and company.

Really, I would have liked to seen Sun succeed. There were some really good people, a really good energy, but that’s been ripped away by a culture of profit above all things, and an ineptness of leadership like none of us have seen before. Epic failures on the most basic things.
It coulda been good.
Time to go.

agree- there was a real energy about the place a couple of years ago. We were doing something different. It felt like a good place to be. Now the life is just drained out of the place and you have to look to the top. AG has just failed plain and simple. Time to re- boot
