Doesn’t matter what division, it sucks. Let’s call it what it is, toxic, demoralizing, life suck place. Highest resignation #s in last year, home office should be embarrassed by but they blame people as disloyal traitors? He threatens people, he eyes the women in the home office up and down, alienates the sales force, and hasn’t delivered a BU to goal since he’s been here.

What do you expect ? Roughly 75% of Taro is owned by Dilip. He hired Abhay, made him CEO at Taro too for a while.
The common denominators here are Dilip and Abhay.

I understood it to be largely a mutual parting with Sun pushing her out a bit. Big severance though - I know that for sure.
she was completely ineffective, she was deflective, and just horrible to her team. not a good person at all.

Congratulations to Jason M on his new Regional Director role at Castle Biosciences.
He’s a quality leader who does right by his customers, colleagues and company.

Really, I would have liked to seen Sun succeed. There were some really good people, a really good energy, but that’s been ripped away by a culture of profit above all things, and an ineptness of leadership like none of us have seen before. Epic failures on the most basic things.
It coulda been good.
Time to go.

agree- there was a real energy about the place a couple of years ago. We were doing something different. It felt like a good place to be. Now the life is just drained out of the place and you have to look to the top. AG has just failed plain and simple. Time to re- boot
