Then took control of my career, got the F out and am now making some money. No more comp plan and commission shell games. There is a law of critical mass at labcorp. It is possible to be too successful there. Not only does that alienate and threaten whatever limited talent loser you are forced to report into - it also forces labcorp to theoretically compensate you accordingly or more specifically... More $ than what fits into their p & l.
