It’s just unreal - she got fired from Sanofi and fired from Novartis. She brought the Sanofi mentality to Novartis and increased the field ride metrics for managers to a laughable number. Then proceeded to drive the CV division into the ground. This is what happens when you are put into roles for skills other than those used to run a business. Disgusting! For about 5 minutes I considered applying for an open role and then looked at their leadership. I would rather shovel horse shit than ever work for a company where this walking tree is in a high level leadership role

Because she fits the role of incompetent women in leadership roles. She's a product of another incompetent woman who promoted her at Sanofi. Ann Whittaker. Kristen wasn't smart and she knew it so she just played the nasty role and had sales do endless busy work. She was hated throughout Sanofi and Novartis. At least Novartis fired her after 14 months. Sanofi let her run amuck for a decade.
