Thanks to all of the above replies. Makes sense to me. One last question, how real is this 30 day pip thing? Is this common for the sales force? I don't mind having to put up numbers but I do mind being set up for failure. Thanks again for the input guys.
Very real. Let's just say you don't want to be caught below the 75th percentile regardless of what hurdles your territory may have. When we got our Q4 ranking, all I saw below the 75th percentile was VACANT, VACANT, VACANT, VACANT.....you get the point.
