The question was for a salary range. Not top performers. Unless you are up for promotion to a level 4 rep ( which has time/performance/metric requirements) that’s the range.It is VERY rare that Pfizer WH hires people as a level 4 rep even those with 10+ years of experience get brought in as level 3 or 2.
 












The “average “ base salary in WH is below the industry average as is the salary for these so called HOF blah blah. The real fools are the HOF people who stay when they could be making considerably more elsewhere. That’s why there is so much turnover. Again, WH reps are not considered specialty reps( even though they call on specialists only) and are treated as primary care reps. That’s the TRUTH.
