55K seems really low for a base but that's the new mindset at coloplast. low salaries and sky high territory goals that have most of the various sales forces at coloplast in the mid 80's as a percent to goal attainment. They seem to pissing off the solid performers with massive and unrealistic (try ~ 400K territory growth) without any new products and many territories shrinking due to expansion. Impossible to obtain. Ave incomes with bonus are around 115K now. Horrendous.
