Where’s that insight from? If myfembree is done. We are seriously useless and with cuts coming. They don’t need pvc reps or useless Premarin oral.

May be a bad move for them: those reps are lazy aF. 5 call minimum. They do a lunch and head home on a good day . Jealous can’t you tell

We aren’t supposed to know about this. I asked my manager and he said it’s all bs. But someone up the food chain who is always right says it will be dropped on us either right before or directly after layoffs. Says to say but this person is always right. Told me about previous layoffs before they were even announced in the past. They will have us working like dogs until the end.

Some kind that need to be met by both parties. We (Pfizer) were paying Myovant a significant sum to co-promote and there we other ‘metrics’ being met along with that sun of money to boost and promote our division so we had more than Premarin cream. Logical thought process would be if our head count changes, the myfembree deal changes.

For example if the agreed target details aren’t met for Orgovyx Pfizer has to cough up $1 million. There is no opportunity to renegotiate. Pfizer would have to buy their way out. It’s kind of like a timeshare…stuck.

bet it is in the budget for them to rip that bandaid off and pay the fines.
 




















We did this about a year ago. Then rearranged territories another time since. We have changed what we are selling more times then you can count. Adding products, changing targets, madness. Have to think we are at great risk since we can’t keep on a consistent path for more than a few months.
 
















Unfortunately it seems like this division is doomed. And they are keeping WH reps on till Dec 22nd to ensure they hit the required number of details and reach to close out the end of the contract.
