Women’s health

FYI I believe the new CTP clinical specialist role is being developed to eliminate the CAS position. They will expand this role and maybe a few more AAEs and then maybe develop an inside sales force that will handle account outbound calls, answer questions that come in and send resources. This is Blake’s master plan to again cut expenses. Another cut is coming.

This is another reason why he is spending so much time and $ on digital and direct to consumer marketing, This organization does not value us / CASs.

Time to move on. Lot’s of opportunities out there and way better pay and they pay your bonus in full and not hold it back.

This is an interesting take. It would be a huge overhaul but think it’s a plausible direction.

Would CTP Specialists be on the road actively recruiting for trainings? Would AAEs only focus on large heath systems? Does the company believe CAS in person interactions aren’t generating sales? Getting doctors on the phone can be tough. Nothing beats in person when you can even if they went the inside sales route. Do they have that much faith in this kind of structure for new products?

If they were to do a reorg., I’m hoping the end of 2025 would be the earliest. It seems like AAEs still don’t know jack shit about what they need to do. It’s no fault of their own. This is mainly leadership directions creating positions then figuring it out “after the fact”
