Without Pfizer....Allergan is toast

The desperation is palpable. This company is in the same room as Valeant and it's only a matter of time before the sizable cracks become blown open and the ship sinks. It's looking like a fall "merger" if it happens at all.

Whether it happens or not, layoffs will be huge over on our (ALLERGAN) side and the number of drugs that will be sold off will make your head spin.

Fucked, either way.

Actually Actavis is very similar to Valeant. The only difference was it got lucky and bought the cash cow Allergan. They don't have to worry about their cash flow for a little while.

Well, deal is done....Allergan is now toast.

Brent the King to Be is will now have to scramble to put this company into full Valeant mode to prop it's rotting debt ridden corpse up. Think you can count on a sizable revenue stream from generics? Nope, that's gonna be gone too...40 billion from it but that won't stop what comes next.

Shame, now the layoffs still happen and they will, naturally, have to be massive. Legacy Forest people will no longer get the golden ticket and the sweet severance...all gone. The dream is dead. The Emperor wears no clothes.

I thought The Emperor had multiple Green jackets with coordinating vests and berets?

Perhaps The Emperor wears no pants?

Could you be any more dramatic?

you know that Allergan is no where in the same category as Valeant. AGN is going to do a deal themselves with the $40bn coming from the generics sale. Forget Pfizer, AGN is going to make things happen for itself and continue to forge Growth Pharma.
