Pfizer part 2

Fucking morons, Jesus. Please tell me you have read his tax reform proposal. Please fucking tell me that is what you are basing your fucking retareded comments on.

Newsflash dickheads, because you read it on fierce pharma or seeking alpha that DOES NOT MAKE IT TRUE.

STUPID FUCKING ASSHOLES.
Settle down, Beavis!

Hey the morons back! How did Allergan hire such a dumbass? Wow are you stupid!

Sorry dipshits, you are in fact the ones that are misinformed. The already proposed tax reform has to do with the repatriation of the offshore holdings and earnings of American companies ( 35% to 10%) and a drop of in the corporate tax rate ( 35% to 15%). This reform makes tax inversion deals and earnings stripping simply a bad deal, it would make ZERO sense to do a deal just for a foreign address.

So in review, you are stupid, uninformed assholes that have no idea what you are talking about. That's why you are sample dropping morons working dead end catering jobs.

Any tax reforms require congress to pass legislation especially when it comes to reducing corporate taxes. The last tax reform that was passed was back in the 80s under the Regan administration and that took him a while (years) to get it passed.
Just looking at the failed Health Care reforms undertaken by the Republican-controlled Congress I doubt any meaningful tax reforms will be achieved especially with our unhinged President.

Watching Bloomberg yesterday, they had some noted economist who said there is no way the Trump administration gets any tax reform passed. Just another reason for Pfizer to begin talking with AGN about a merger.

Wrong. Now that healthcare is dead they are hyper focused on tax reform.
