Will we have jobs next year? Not knowing the risk is risky

Three people have already qualified and two are very close.
Wow. Only 3 and 2 are close. I remember in March how JM on our sales call said 1/3 of the reps were tracking for the trip. The wheels came off. Great job to those that qualified but reality is that leadership including executive and RSDs failed. I would hope that this is a classic case study on what went wrong.

Not what I recall hearing. Somethings like 11 were already qualified and the potential for an aditional half dozen or more in contender positions.
Bait and switch or like previous comment ---- wheels came off. Time will tell@@&&))

yep. True. But 11 out of 90 territories is about 12% of the group then versus 3 out of 55 6% now. Not a favorable statistical trend unless overall objectives it's to save $$$$ vs invest in growth. Time will definitely tell.

. Sales trip to Italy for a company in this shape is irresponsible. But if you're only taking 3 plus another 10 from corporate (plus Jims GF ) I guess it's only a 100-150k spend. Good use of precious $$

Classic Case of "damned if you do-damned if you don't". Either they do Italy and it's an "irresponsible spend of company money" or they don't and are "horrible for reneging on a commitment to sales achievers". Which is it? Argue amongst yourselves but you can't have it both ways. As for the company getting rid of people who qualified for Italy to save money, are you a TOTAL moron? Why would a company cut its top reps and jeopardize millions in revenue to save a few thousand. Dumbass!! You all have better things to do than show your ignorance with these small-minded, paranoid postings. Move on people!!!!

Seriously??? There are people that don't know from day to day if they will even be able to get in the doors to work. They are not being told ANYTHING but constantly hear rumours about the rent or other bills not being paid for 3 months or their jobs being outsourced. But sales has to go to ITALY!?
