Will their be more layoffs?










I wouldn’t put it past this godforsaken company. I can’t believe they would lay off people who relocated or won presidents club and give them zero severance. It doesn’t get more heartless than that
 








Allegedly it will be the Strategic Partnerships and Initiative team that will be reduced. With the corporate wide travel band and a lot of high salaries with those folks, it makes sense. We need our sales people, not partnership makers. IT I could see a RIF too.

Believe it. They HAVE terminated people who have relocated for the company - without severance. What’s even more disheartening, they didn’t even help with relocation costs.
 
















The stock is down again today. Releasing deadwood like Vanize and C Starr would catapult TXMD to three times its current worth.

He shows up to meetings whenever he wants or not at all, so you can sit there waiting because his time is more valuable than yours. Instead of engaging in dialog with a candidate who has made the effort to interview for a job, he spends the entire hour looking down at his laptop - as if he’s too good to hear what you have to say. Encourages team conflict and takes sides when he wants to terminate the person he doesn’t like. Clueless when it comes to the IC plan and how to drive behavior. Would prefer to term reps whose % Medicare is over 70%, instead of the more positive route.. like training. Laughs when his counterpart encourages sexual innuendo from candidates that could put the company at risk. Transitions the field from Veeva to a non-validated SFA. Lies as to the subject of meetings - then clears out the person’s work area and belongings like they were some sort of dog - throws them in the street with NO severance.

That’s C Starr for you and more, truly an individual who should not be in any sort of leadership role, and especially one who should not be managing people.

Vanize is not in BI anymore. The headcount there was ridiculous anyway. How many Tableau dashboards do you need to depict declining trends across the board?
 








































So seriously guys, it’s the last month of quarter and Annovera is no where near what the goal is.. do you think there will be more layoffs? It’s not getting 19th category so what’s the plan B?
 








It’s not that U can’t get providers to write it’s that all insurances won’t cover it and if they do you need an LMN ! But the only thing we are told is keep getting scripts! We are burning bridges when nothing goes through and we keep begging for more!
