So is inside sales the team we need or the field sales force?

It shouldn’t be here. AbbVie had run off anyone who knows this specialty space. The worst stereotypes about how big pharma takes over and destroys whatever innovative know how was there are all true.

This is what AbbVie has a long track record of doing. Where did Imbruvica come from? Where did Humira come from? What happened to the people that brought those products to market?
