Tell them the truth. Olympus is a battered ship, The DOJ fined them $646 million usd. They cut comp in half, and morale is really bad. It is affecting you mentally, and it's time for a positive change for your career.
A good manager, that is worth working for, would totally identify with that response.

This statement is 100% true. It happened to me. I lost out on over 50K in FECTA bonus b/c they held several orders which shipped the first week of April.

This statement is 150% true. I lost close to 97K in bonus because they purposely held back several large orders and shipped the second week of April. I resigned in April before the NSM because I can't work for a criminal enterprise that would do that to an employee who pours out their soul for a foul company like Olympus. This employee theft of commission happens under the watchful eye of Pierre LaCroix, (CFO) Chris Kuhn,(VP of Finance) and Michael Fleming (SOD). They all should be locked up for breaking the law for theft from employees.

This should be reported to the government compliance monitor for Olympus. They would take swift action. It must be documented and reported in order for anything to happen to these criminal bastards.

This is wild. I left Olympus Urology a few years back. I hear from different reps and urologists that Olympus is really on the verge of collapse. They have some product called itind that they paid something crazy like $300 Million for, and I heard it has completely failed, and they are going to scrap it soon. The sales completely flopped and they’re trying to hang on. They say it probably has another year or 2 before they write it off. I used to really like it at Olympus, but it would be crazy to see them go down. It is really crazy what has happened. Just look at this thread. Started in 2017 and still true and getting worse. Such a tragedy.
