A fellow who degrades restaurant employees and never tips

A fellow who eats and drinks too much

A fellow who asks for extra ketchup at a drive through when he doesn’t need it

A fellow who lacks ethics, morals and will act from this paucity for his own gains

WM has a voodoo doll in his office with a military uniform on it and everyday willie sticks pins in it saying 'I want my old job back, I want my old job back'. Ever though the 'little man' is a jerk I do wish him well and a speedy recovery for his families sake.
