Why was Surfaxin Launch Delayed?

Nobody wanted to LISTEN to me when I posted all of my message a few months ago. Still think I am just some jealous competitor ho did not make it past the job interview? The only way I would have taken this job is if i didn't have one. Even then I would continue to interview. I expect cuts mid 2013 at the latest.
 






Think about what we heard on the last CC. There is absolutely no credibility left here. My wife is all over me to make a change. We've already written off any possibility of getting rich on this one. It was worth a try, but with the holidays, I'm getting back into the market.

Not going well at the hospital level. Who is gong to place an order when there is no product available? We are toast.

Aside from product delay, some of the reps never even sold in a hospital environment, let alone a NICU. Have fun with the P&T committees. LOL, and who's gonna let you do inservices for a non-formulary product? It was a nice try, but time to let a bigger company handle it.

I don't know why people STILL decide to jump ship for a mere 10-15K bump in base salary these days. There is SO much more you need to look at in this industry before jumping ship to a very high risk company like Discovery. 10 years ago that's a different story.

So tell me... was the measly 10-15K bump in base salary worth it? Maybe you should wait to answer when you get a pink slip in the near future. Enjoy!

Difficult product to sell when you can't get it released to market. Consistent problems around QA/QC and passing tests for product release

Maybe so but everything that he/she has posted has been pretty much factual information. Just because is hurts your ego and chances of doing business in the healthcare community doesn't mean you have to start taking shots at people that have no merit or factual basis by posting insults. This same thing goes happens on every board.
 












Eight years and 4 FDA denials due to manufacturing issues and then finally an approval. Approved 12 months ago and still not launched. Another delay due to more manufacturing issues.
