Why was Carrie S escorted out of the building?

This is 100% accurate. They all work in some degree, AGN’s price doesn’t support the product. It doesn’t work twice as long yet it’s two times more expensive. Greed and ego on full display.
Crowded market now with less growth than before. Allergan Share will continue to drop no matter who is in charge.

She was not escorted out of the building. This was the plan the whole way. Carrie did a good job while she was here. The numbers given were too high to achieve no matter who was in the role, to appease Wall Street they need to make it look like a change has been made so future results will be better. Don’t try to tarnish her career, she did very well while at the helm.
Carrie was a nice person that knew the Aesthetic Franchise but did not have the ability to lead direct and control. The pipeline of a company can bury a lot of mistakes.

Also fully agree. Allergan needs to reinvent itself quickly or the share erosion will continue.
Zero chance they reinvent, AbbVie is only looking for profits to appease the street. They will suck the life out of the sales teams who are all leaving one by one. They’ll be left w a much younger, less experienced group who loves free product that doesn’t understand the intricacies and they continue to lose share.

Best thing that could’ve happened for Galderma, etc. was the acquisition of Allergan by AbbVie. It’s a wrap!

Carrie is about to sign on with Galderma

Industry has changed so much in a decade. Competition and so many other factors. Most all pharma companies eventually lose their dominance in a space eventually. It will be hard to maintain share and any growth here no matter who is in charge.

The industry has changed and our aesthetic business failed to adapt. What worked in the past no longer does. More innovative and/or cheaper companies are gaining share. Allergan is no longer the company of reference.
