Just curious why you say that’s a demotion ? BMS is a great company.So…. The East Coast Area Director for Ilumya leaves and goes to BMS in Dermatology as the Professional Relations dude. A clear demotion and BMS has no other Derm presence but a wannabe drug maybe coming. Every single person is trying to get out except AG. Stop working and enjoy the check while you job hunt. Many have and many more will.
People leave Sun because they screw their reps out of bonuses every which way the can. F with a sales rep bonus and watch them bounce. If they’d get their head out of their own ass they might realize that the money they save ripping people off doesn’t hold a candle to what they’re shelling out to recruit, hire and train new people constantly.People turnover is the biggest indicator of the culture and success of an organization.
When you look at organizations that treat their people really well, you’ll see they’re really successful businesses on many dimensions.
can Sun claim that it treats people well, or that it’s been successful by any measure on any dimension the past few years.
No. It’s a horrible place to have to spend time. Life is too short.
I have seen many people leave organizations over the years. Some due to problems with a manager. Some due to pay. Some because they just didn’t like their job. Sun ex-employees all have one thing in common. They really hate this company. The despise how the were degraded emotionally and made to feel inferior to the Indians who at present have run this into the ground. I haven never seen current and past employees have the amount of hatred I see here for the pitiful lake of leadership. I know I will never work for a company structured like Sun again.
The biggest bonus is that when something happens to DS this will be part of a sale. Pieced off to investors so that his family will become on of the very richest of richest. I mean Saudi Prince rich. That also means 75% of Sun employees won’t have a job. Now maybe the Indians will hate him too.
