Why is Mr. Schiffman still CFO at Dendreon?

Is Schiffman going to address the possible need to raise cash at the earnings call? Dilution can not be far off IMO. Last time they raised cash, they had over 200M in cash.

Management has said no such thing. Management expects sales increases this year. The company is hiring reps, just look at our website. Dendreon is the best company I have worked for in my 14 year sales career. We just reported an 8% increase in total sales with urology sales at their highest level ever and up 35% for the quarter.

Thus, no sales increase expected. Yes hiring will continue. They will replace 14 year losers like you with someone who can sell.

ERR Wrong Highest level since launch in Uro which was near zero. You are the complete liar. There is noooo way this is the best company you have worked for unless you are a complete Jackass. 8% increase... over the worst quarter since launch. There is no way you even work here unless you are trying to save the thousands of shares Joe D promised you to come over. To the Original Poster's question, maybe it was because he was willing to make incredulous statements like the one below:

“I’m very surprised that anyone would be raising that up – that there’s a question of insolvency with the company, given the position that we’re at, the results that we’ve shown.
The question is ‘How fast does revenue grow?’ ... The last two quarters we’ve seen it grow over 20 percent a quarter that will continue to grow."

He asked the wrong question. The question when it comes to solvency is about income. The question from any learned CFO would have been when does income come and how fast will income grow.
