You need the role play so that you can communicate something more substantial than "how many Equals do you want in your frappachino". If passing messages would be realized in the field (meaning effort and practice on your own) then role play may be reduced. Sorry the NSM is not a golf outing.

Your big income plan over three years would easily end in twelve months by the board, not even TE would support you. Thank you for this post. Spot on. Flemming is on course to destroy this company. Listening to consultants rather than to the people who built Galderma will end in a disaster. He does not know what team work looks like. Don’t make mistakes you will regret Flemming.

He started saying that he and T were not welcomed, not accepted by the employees... They should look at what they have been doing first... If they ever welcomed any of the employees ?
 




Apparently James K. is coming back home and will handle Cetaphil globally. Consumer laboratories will move and settle here along with him.
