Why is a CAS employee called a director?

Everyone is aware that these CAS "directors" were getting paid significantly more than the sales reps and had no sales responsibility right? My assigned CAS employee developed a potty mouth after having drinks at one of my dinners after and stupidly said to me "the job has been the easiest cake walk I have ever done." I just turned my head and cringed.
 








This is the biggest bullshit position in the company besides everyone in upper manager! They don't do shit they don't accomplish shit and all they do is beg you to take them on appointments!! Loserville! Please read this Jodi!!

Your email exactly right. Those positions are a complete joke and offer zero value.
 
































They were not bringing enough value and ROI. Most of them had no authority to do anything and when they had an opportunity to do something it would get shot down by corporate. Basically a group of people without leadership, training, or direction. Typical MNK!
