Why does Jack B. Still have a job?

There seems to no accountability and little impact to upper management. The SP&O organization announced a 36% reduction in force yesterday, yet not a single VP position was impacted. In fact, they actually filled an existing vacancy amongst the VP ranks. So 36% less manpower, but we still need all the VPs?

Yet another testament to GSK's manangement.
 






After reporting year end numbers, can someone please explain to me how JB is still employed. He's responsible for almost 1.5 billion in lost sales and i have to worry about passing a PF test to keep my job. We have become the joke of the industry.

Add Tom Scales to the list of why they still remain at GSK? Tom is the one instrumental with the ESI debacle where him and JB thought Ics Labas are a protected class ignoring regional movements to knock off advair like at Bcbs ma. Tom thought we can sell from third tier not knowing that pbms can actually lock you out.

Instead they force out the entire ESI PPV team who were only the messengers. The people who developed the message should be accountable ? I wonder how that PDP discussion goes for Tom and JB?
