Add Tom Scales to the list of why they still remain at GSK? Tom is the one instrumental with the ESI debacle where him and JB thought Ics Labas are a protected class ignoring regional movements to knock off advair like at Bcbs ma. Tom thought we can sell from third tier not knowing that pbms can actually lock you out.

Instead they force out the entire ESI PPV team who were only the messengers. The people who developed the message should be accountable ? I wonder how that PDP discussion goes for Tom and JB?
 












JB is employed because he is tied to DC with the same destruction at Lilly. amazing they doubled down on same MCO strategy that brought down Lilly. Truth is the arrogant tactic JB employed with MCO's and Advair cost 1000's of jobs here and Lilly. He wasn't transparent and didn't exhibit DC values. He tried to get more money from Express Scripts for Advair who then bought Medco and realized JB LIED to them.
Medco had a much better price for Advair) So NO ACCESS for Advair, Breo or Anoro means 1000's of jobs.

advise is to start buying all GSK stock you can afford! Market cap of GSK thankless to JB and DC has gone from 150B to 100B. We are now a takeover target..It is over.....PFIZER _GSK!!
 












If AW cannot snuff this out then his subordinates are covering it up and/or he is incompetent. Either way they need to be managed out. DC got knocked down a level but that's not enough. They should given ESI the Medco numbers with qualifiers per level of formulae control. You cannot blame ESI. And remember advair business was increasingly being pressured in 2013. Tom scales, then respiratory payer marketing was arrogant and even challenged customers to take advair down.
