Why do we still have contract reps?

DM here again. Look I know my statement rustled some of y’all and it’s only because the truth stings. You know just as well as I do that no one respects contract reps.
When I see a rep with a contract name badge then I immediately look down on them.
Trust me, when layoffs happen we get to keep the best reps. We have to swear that a third party company makes all the decisions on who is kept and who is let go but that’s not really true. Third party does play a role and does our dirty work and gives us liability protection but if we want you gone then you’re gone. If we want to keep you then we keep you. Facts are facts.

The management is worse than the lemmings sitting waiting to see how long till we get laid off awaiting a cheap by industry standards severance.
Maybe Chick Fil A will hire some of these industry expert bozos when management like this finally gets vetted out.

I remember reading this after GTM 1.0. I feel so fortunate that my manager didn’t like me. I now make 33% more that I made is a BI specialty rep. This place is a joke show.
