Trust me, you don’t want to be part of “big pharma” I do agree that the $ spent on expansion would have been better directed at expanding managed care account management efforts with an aggressive full court press. For now, every PA is needed to push the payers to pay attention. It’s a tough slog but that’s what you are being paid to do. Once all the pieces align this will take off like a rocket.

I agree. The Board of the Directors and JT are real assholes if they make a decision to increase payer access overnight and get Vascepa into the hands of millions more patients. And you wouldn’t feel guilty selling a product from another company should they buy one overnight leaving their reps in the dust in order to diversify and not make Amarin a “1 trick pony”?

Are you a socialist? This is an American Capitalistic society which was built off people who worked for “free” in order to make others wealthy. The name of the game is to make you give 1000% effort while paying you the least. If there was no minimum wage laws, they’d pay you $2 if they could in order to boost profits. How do you view those complaining today about reparations and the wealth gap...think they deserve something?

I'm for keeping my job over corporate or shareholder greed. If that makes me a socialist then so be it.
 












No Vascepa is a very good medicine and every patient should be taking it. The stool, poop just gets real sticky and smooth like a silky or a smooth ( lots of toilet paper needed). No more logs if you taking the Vascepa.
Amarin should implement a free toilet paper sticker with every co-pay card.
