Look; the whole thing was a fraud from the get-go. Someone very high in the organization bought into the "winning the digital race" sales presentation from some shady company. They probably got promoted for leading such an "innovative concept". Whether or not its an effective concept is completely and utterly irrelevant. We've operated this way since I got here.

Place is a disaster. Everyone with a brain is jumping ship as fast as they can in the field or leaving after a year of “experience”. At this point, they aren’t even compensated on Rx’s. It’s just activity.
