Why are there so many problems between the BRM's and RAM's/NAM's?

the BRM group always wins the political battles with mmr management. How do the BRM's bring revenue to the company? What am I missing here? No office reimbursement issues & tysabri has a j-code??? The entire group is a scam and useless!

The ABMs do everything a BRM was hired to do on the Tysabri side.. BRMs spend time riding with Avonex reps and trying to look busy by turning in flights on their expense reports. Useless..

Some hard working ABM you are, posting when you should be working? The BRM's work hard, or most of them anyway. More selling less complaining about other groups doing their job.

It's called respect! These folks don't do a darn thing and they know it! They are just trying to justify their jobs and trying to hold on as long as possible. They makup account calls and fly places to prove that they are working. A ton of Airline and hotel points, that's managed markets at biogen.

until these "bad apples" leave on their own or are forced to leave, the managed markets department will continue to blame, fight with each other, back stab, complain and scam through their jobs! Great leadership!
