Uhmm, hate to break it to you online, but, yeah there are warm bodies in positions that use formularylookup.com & pretend that was their genious idea for a formulary tool. Great idea, just not those 'tools' ideas. This was out long before the MM team was formed. Here's the plate of crow MM. Good luck on the frequent flier miles. Better use them fast.

you didn't hear? they upgraded the east area to S. 'yes Roger' Symanski. different suit - same tool. those guys aren't the problem. its all about lack of reimbursement.

How many SAMs are left over there? I heard HR is doing a lot of exit interviews from all the resignations. What a dismal year for the Z-team.

HR- what HR? That is even more funny!!! No exit interviews- they are so happy to have the payroll reductions!

Nope--I promise you--there ARE exit interviews. Take the opportunity to give them ALL the reasons why you're leaving. Including the disconnect between senior management and the real world/challenges in the field. Trade hasn't done their job, MM has done less than nothing to get patients access making the SAM job impossible. And the delusions of the people in SD. Insider from home office who joined last year says the place is a joke and they have no clue what the morale is like in the field. Even with RM gone, those left still don't get it. Use your exit interview to tell them (professionally) EXACTLY why you are leaving so maybe things can improve somewhat for those who are still there.
