Nope--I promise you--there ARE exit interviews. Take the opportunity to give them ALL the reasons why you're leaving. Including the disconnect between senior management and the real world/challenges in the field. Trade hasn't done their job, MM has done less than nothing to get patients access making the SAM job impossible. And the delusions of the people in SD. Insider from home office who joined last year says the place is a joke and they have no clue what the morale is like in the field. Even with RM gone, those left still don't get it. Use your exit interview to tell them (professionally) EXACTLY why you are leaving so maybe things can improve somewhat for those who are still there.
