Such an accurate comment. If you want a career and a company culture, leave. There is not future under Private Equity.

It isn’t the future for anyone. These injectors spend more time doing photo shoots than injecting. They all want to be Hollywood celebrities. It’s embarrassing to be in the space. I wouldn’t get injected by anyone that spends that amount of time on social media. They all want to be trainers too, yet most don’t inject the volume to even be an expert. Go back to Pharma sales, more respectable.

The problem starts at the very top with the CEO, Flemming. Unrealistic targets, narcissistic personality and wanting to cash in for personal gain as quickly as possible. He is destroying the business. Associates are sick and tired of being treated like shit.

They all worked for Sales Director BK. Jady and Carson were two of the best reps in the company and I think all of these reps were award winners several times. SMH how this many reps left.
